Album Notes

Though best known for his performance for Queen Elizabeth II, on her
recent trip to the US, Adrian has made a name for himself across the Southeast
with his first three albums showcasing a unique blend of New Orleans Blues and
Funk, paired with his uniquely expressive voice.

“Adriatica” is a compilation of new material composed and recorded in the last
two years, and embodies a full return to Adrian’s piano based, New Orleans
blues and funk roots. Though most often compared with the sounds of Ray
Charles and Dr. John, with “Adriatica”, Duke brings new vitality and humor to
these classic sounds.
