He began studying electric guitar in 1991, playing contemporarily in several local cover bands.
In 1996, coached by guitarist Enrico Pinna, he deepens his musical knowledge of jazz and fusion.
Afterwards he aims to the creation of a personal style, dedicating to the sound quality and introduces the use of
synth guitar .
He got contacted by the duo Nitti & Agnello and with them participated to the mini-cd "I ragazzi innamorati" (Sony Music),
presented to the Festival di Sanremo in 1997; with the same line-up he performed in many shows, among which "Sanremo Rock"
and "Trenta ore per la vita".
In 1999 he recorded the Claude Weisberg's cd "Different World".
In December 2001 he won the contest "Votiamoli-Ed. 2001", sponsored by Comune di Varazze and Regione Liguria, with the
jazz-rock project "The Structure Quartet".
Since November 2002 collaborates with 'cello player and composer Stefano Cabrera of the Orchestra of Teatro Carlo Felice
di Genova, with whom he now proposes the project "A Synchronical Trio", an instrumental tribute to The Police, reworked in
a jazz-fusion key, together with Barbara D'Alessio on drums.
In May 2003 he won the contest "MilanoVociContromanoJazz2003" with the jazz-fusion project "The Structure Quartet".
In 2004 wrote with drummer Marco Biggi the song "Cold Clima", which later has been performed at the 2005 edition of
"Lucchini Day" by the big band directed by Maestro Mario Rusca, at Rolling Stone in Milan.
Since August 2005 he plays steadily with his homonym jazz-fusion trio, with Barbara D'Alessio on drums and Andrea Cozzani,
present Zucchero and Planet Funk bass player.
In 2007 is finally ready his jazz-fusion album solo with a special guest on electric bass:Pippo Matino
