  • I use this CD for my meditation class

    I am a social worker in a senior center and about a year ago started doing a guided meditation/visualization class with my seniors. At first they were reluctent to attend but now I have 80+ year old seniors fighting for a seat!!!. I used this CD and when it appeared that it had become damaged, advised my class that I would need to replace it. Hands down they all stated "Do NOT change the music CD!!!. I searched the web until I found CD Baby and ordered it. My class was very pleased. Thank you, Andrea
