i've never listened to this band and dude they're fucking the best!!

In a sea of new heavy bands it's nice to hear some old school guitar and vocal styles. The vocals are tight and well controlled. Less Korn and more Suicidal/Slayer is a welcome change from the new wave of metal.

Power driven heavy metal straight from Wisconsin, Affliction, an underground Pantera (style-wise), shows you all of the pent up anger that you never knew you had. If you have an anger displacemtent problem, I suggest that you aren't in the same room with someone else while listening to Affliction, you just might break them in half. These heavy/thrash metal maniacs destroy everything around them. As the line in the song "Nemisis" suggests, "To get peoples attention these days, you can't just tap them on the shoulder, you have to hit them with a sledgehammer". If I had to pick one heavy metal band to prosper off of this web site, I would have to go with Affliction. They have everything that it takes to break down the era of the Backstreet Boys and all those other gay boy bands. And I have to give it to them, the one wearing the Fox shirt is just damn cool! (Sorry, partial to BMX and Motocross) If anyone out here can find a problem with this band, well, then YOU SUCK! Favorite Songs : Nemesis, Mercy Killer, and Just One Bullet Rating : 10 +!!!

This album is the shit and everyone out there who like metal and hard rock should buy this cd because it rocks.
