Album Notes

The music of AFRAZZ consists of jazz melody and improvisation with a strong African rhythm driving the pulse. The music features a variety of percussive instruments (timbales, congas, djembe, cajon, songba, conch shell and shekere), the sax as lead instrument, and bass and keyboards. The song list is a combination of jazz classics and originals written by Ronnie Roc (Ayiti Cheri), Dave Mullen (Squid), (Like Rashaan) and Vince Williams (Afrazz).

AFRAZZ features, Ronnie Roc, Hailejaa Euma, and Michael Wimberly on percussion, Dave Mullen on saxophone, Richie Robles on bass, and Anthony Robustelli on keyboards.
