The first African Identity album before all the Fillmore artist came to light. Identity was the one of the first pioneers along with 4tay and Hughie M.C. Smooth Papa G Groove scratched like a B-boy should and Blackbook did the back up for Pulling that Trigga Chorus.
The album was made at Rome Lowrey's from Maze and recorded at J-Jam studio in Oakland. The album was well received on both coasts by top artist. This was the politically minded Identity album that shaped the groups future. supported by San Francisco state University. The original album sells for $50 on average.
