Agrippa93 is a Gothic Industrial Metal recording trio of musicians from Newington, Connecticut. Beginning as a solo project in 2004, Agrippa released all songs exclusively on the internet. In 2008, Myk Dugan and Carlos Cabrero joined transforming Agrippa93 into band refining the sound and recorded their first track together: City of Pyramids. In April 2009, Galen Bessette replaced Cabrero, who left to pursue a career in law enforcement.

The band plays their brand of metal, which incorporates a wide variety of elements from different styles such as industrial, death, progressive, gothic, and classical guitar into their music. Their combination of heavy beats, driving rhythms, haunting melodies, and industrial synths and sequences, and unique vocals makes their sound instantly recognizable.

Along with its dark sound, Agrippa93 writes lyrics of dark themes with infusions of the occult, environmental tragedies, religious hypocrisy, human psychological issues, death, and government corruption.

The creative and recording force for Agrippa93's music include Agrippa, Dugan, and Bessette, who fill multiple rolls in the studio. To accommodate complexity of their songs for live performances, the band relies on additional musicians for bass and drums with back up tracks for synths and sequences.

Agrippa93 is currently promoting and supporting their debut album, Beneath the Cypress Tree, due to be released in mid 2009 and available on iTunes.
