Mr Heinrich's original approach and perspective from the performer's perspective adds an interesting note and tone to the songs he provides on this album.  There are several traditional pieces which he does amply well, but the place this album thrives is in the original songs of his. "Caledonia" is a beautiful tune and conveys a true sense of a brash young man's simple desire for a girl unlike any other that he'd encountered before.

I was given this cd as a Christmas gift, from a friend, and have listened to it many times over. Never before have I heard such heart put into music!

Mr. Heinrich is highly adept at sharing his own creations, as well as traditional songs. His humility, honesty, music and storytelling skills are an inspiration to many. Buy this cd! I promise, you'll be happily humming his music throughout your days.
