ALISON JOY WILLIAMS

Performing on stage as she traveled around the country with her military husband, Alison has entertained a wide range of audiences. At festivals, rodeos and in casinos, she has worked in bands and sang as a solo artist, performing everything from Southern Rock and Country to Blues and Motown.

Alison met Producer and co-writer JP Goggin in Pensacola, Florida. Alison, as a lyricist, was in need of a good musician willing to work on original songs. JP was a talented musician looking for a female vocalist that was interested in collaborating on original material and would have the performing capabilities to do them justice. It is their interesting blend of styles and genres that has ended up creating the musically textured cd that is "Crossroad".

Alison has a strong clear voice and loves to use it. She tells her stories with such emotion you can feel that she has lived every word she is singing. Inspiration comes to her in the simplest ways, from watching her husband join their children playing on the slip-n-slide, to seeing people she loves lose track of what's important in life.

Alison is currently living and performing in Hawaii. She is already traveling back and forth to the mainland where she is working with JP Goggin on her next project due out in the Summer of 2006.
