LEANN ALBRECHT
BIO
Leann Albrecht has been a worship leader, studio singer and clinician for the past 15 years. She has worked with artists such as Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant, CeCe Winan, John Tesh, Jaci Velasquez, Kim Hill, Paul Baloche, Don Moen, Ron Kenoly and Alvin Slaughter. Leann appears on over 75 Integrity Music projects as well as Maranatha Praise Band CD’s. She has partnered as a worship leader for Women of Faith, Renewing the Heart, Maranatha’s Praise Band conferences as well as Integrity’s Seminars 4 Worship.
Her “Live Worship” CD called “Pour Your Spirit Out” and “Verses For the King”, her first solo studio album are also available.
Leann resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Carl Albrecht.

She sings great, the arrangements are great, and the playing is tasteful. This one good jazzy Christmas CD. I agree with everything the earlier review said.

I Want a Christmas like That

> This album has so much heart! When I play Christmas CDs, I am usually looking for background music while I entertain guests, bake cookies, or decorate the tree. This album is like that, BUT SOooo much more! It makes me want to sit in my easy chair with a cup of hot cider and just relish the music. You can feel the emotion when Leann is singing. She sings the old traditional carols with the conviction of a soul that knows God, and there are 2 original songs that are the sentiments of a person who loves her God and her family. But there is a surprise treat toward the end of the album, a beautiful love song that she wrote for her husband called \"Deeper Still.\" It will bring tears to almost anyone who has known committed and passionate love in a marriage. That song alone is worth the album. So all in all, this is the kind of project you want to hear to bring yourself back to that place in your heart where you feel love deeply. It will remind you of all the reasons you cherish this season; from your relationship with God, to the love you feel for the people in your life. Merry Christmas!
