ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
The music was composed especially as a musical comment for the temporary show of jewels (archaeological finds) “Pulcherrima Res” (December of 2006) at the Archaeological Museum A.Salinas in Palermo (Italy)and then (January of 2008) at the Museum Santa Maria della Scala in Siena (Italy).
The mixture of sounds of the typical musical instruments of antiquity, of the instrumentation and of the vocalizations of the countries of the East and the modern electronic tones creates an evocative and intriguing atmosphere.
All the sounds have been created through electronic manipulation of real samplings.
