Alex Carpani has collaborated with David Jackson (Van der Graaf Generator), Aldo Tagliapietra (Le Orme), Paul Whitehead (Genesis, VdGG, etc.), Tony Spada (Steve Morse, Rick Wakeman, Steve Howe, etc.) among others.
He's a versatile keyboardist and composer who has expressed his musical sensitivity in several music genres: progressive rock, symphonic music, electronic music, music for films/video, music for theatre plays, music and poetry, etc.
The Alex Carpani Band (ACB) has been formed in fall 2006 to perform live Alex's debut album "Waterline" around the world. It is now one of the top Italian progressive rock bands of the contemporary scene and has an International experience having performed in Italy, England, Sweden, U.S.A., Lithuania, Norway, Mexico, Denmark, Germany, France and Serbia since its live debut in 2007.
