ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is actually my 8th album. I generally just make them for fun and hand them out to friends. It's all done in my home studio and I write and play everything. Everyone kept telling me "You ought to sell these. They're funny!" So I figured I'd give it a shot.

After Grunge killed all the good thrash metal of the 80's (not the hair stuff), I moved on to the Tampa death metal scene and now most of my listening material is fromScandinavia. While the musicianship is awesome, I didn't have a clue what these guys were saying. But it doesn't really matter because it's mostly death, dying, killing, blah, blah, blah. I always felt dumb trying to come up with and sing lyrics about maiming and whatnot. I'm just not that violent a person. So why not add that one extra dimension of comical or esoteric lyrics? That you can understand?

Most of the songs on this album are about my observations, people I know, work, animals, etc. Not your basic metal fare, but when's the last time a song at 200 bpm made you laugh? Didn't think so. Give it a shot, I might turn you into a metalhead after all.
