Here is an Alex Wall instrumental album that really is experimental.

The use of loop samplers and backward integration might fascinate you. It was originally meant to be a musical assitant for doing work.

It was originally sub-titled, "Background Music For The Mind", but it seems to have been able to hold it's own, without other distractions.
