Finally, a songwriter writing about it, not just trying to sell it. Track 5, Just a Matter of Time, gives me chills every. single. time. Why? I don't know. That's what's great about it. I just feel it and the last time a song made me feel like that was a song by Dave Grohl. Nuff said.

A good vibe.

"Where You Belong", "Just a Matter of Time", "Changing Lanes", and especially "She's Not Listening" are extremely viby pieces that take you somewhere else. A great album dealing with the middleland, or the pause between the war and the new, unknown future. Gutsy ending with "A Step Behind". Good stuff to have in the car on a long drive.

VERY HEARTFELT SONGWRITING

I saw Scott play a couple weeks back at the Karma Coffeehouse in Hollywood, and I picked up a CD from him in person. I have to say his music was not only alot of fun, but also passionate, spiritual and VERY heartfelt (an unfortunate rarity in today's pop climate). My favorite track on this record is definitely the first cut, "DESIRE", which is just screaming to be played driving up the coast or at 8PM on a Saturday night gearing up for a night of good times. I hope Scott continues on the journey he's started with this record, and look forward to hearing more from him in the future! And I have no doubt I will...
