Allie grew up in Chicago and has lived in California, Arizona & Texas. She's had a passion for singing since she was 5 years old and has performed throughout the years in various venues throughout the country. Creating this CD with her band has allowed Allie to share her personal experiences & creativity with others. The complex rhythms, dissonant chord structures, interesting melodies and meaningful words are what makes our music different and exciting!
Each song tells an interesting story..."Jibalee", tells the story of two unlikely people who find love on the dance floor. In "My Elusive Love", the listener is left to wonder if love is real or imagined! In "Listen Up", their relationship is in jeopardy unless "he gets his act together". In "Mystic Magic", they share a very spiritual love. In "Anymore" she leaves an abusive relationship.
