Alsoband is an italian rock group coming from Padua area. The main characteristic of this group is that it is formed by musicians belonging to different generations.
Alberto Pessa, singer and Alsoband songs composer, grew up during the 60s. The most involving music for him comes out of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Birds, and Bob Dylan: Pessa is inspired by these memorable and eternal masters in writing his songs. Fabio Gagliano, high level guitar player and arranger too, belongs to the 80s' generation, together with the drummer Paolo Jemmolo, and they both have been influenced by Police, Duran Duran, Toto, Spandau Ballet, and U2 music, but with a taste for fusion too. Luca Dall'Aglio, clever and versatile bass player, comes out of the 90s. He can naturally range from rock to pop, between dance and jazz.Because of these particular features Alsoband is a group playing a rock of exceptional workmanship, and their technique allows them to adapt their style to different kinds of music.
