Album Notes

Alterstate started out as a 4-piece rock band in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1998. After playing more than 550 shows in four years, and having enjoyed ongoing local and national radio airplay, the band got some recognition from an unlikely source - The American Federation of Musicians recocognized the band as:
"Of international quality as performers in the pop/rock field". This motivated Alterstate to bring their music to the U.S.

Soon after arriving in U.S. the band added a fifth member to the line-up, and have since worked tirelessly to quickly establish Alterstate as one of Atlanta's fastest rising bands.
