Great, strong, but a little overcharged

The lyrics in combination with the powerful melodies and a beautiful voice makes a great album. The force of the instruments is very cool.
Amanda has a very beautiful voice, but I noticed large and a little forced 'matices' makes some melodies a little hard to swallow...

The first thing that strikes you...the fact that these songs are so accessible and melodic you just can't quite figure out why she hasn't been snapped up by some major label looking for a real - as against manufactured - pop diva..Essentially this is a songwriter's album...It's obvious that Amanda has a superbly refined pop sensibility.
