Amaya Hernandez is a 9-year old from Humble, TX. She is in the fourth grade and currently attends Carroll Elementary in Sheldon ISD in Houston, TX. Amaya, like most kids her age, repeatedly stated “I can’t wait until I’m a teenager to do this…….”, or “I can’t wait until I’m in high school to do that……..”. When Amaya heard the lyrics to the song for the first time, she immediately agreed with the idea of the song, and could not wait until it was complete. Now, the song is available for other kids going to elementary school who always feel like the “BIG KIDS” get to have all the fun! “Elementary School Rules” is a feel-good song reminding us all that elementary kids are just as cool (if not cooler) as those teenagers that they look up to. It also shows the pure, innocent fun elementary kids enjoy everyday! WE RULE!!!
