I give out Ambient Music Therapy products to my patients. Many of them exert themselves beyond their limitations and fail to realize it until it's too late. Many suffer from nervous / mental breakdowns, sleep deprivation, and constant fatigue. I attempt to bring forth much needed "relaxation time" as part of their new daily routine. I often recomend they try beginners tai chi or beginners yoga, and personal meditations. These audio cds are great for achieving a high level of relaxation in an all natural method. It brings me joy to see the frowns turn into smiles. This is truly great relaxation - meditation audio.

Instructing Pilates is very rewarding for me. Members of my class say this CD makes my sessions memorable. I'm glad I bought it even though I already had hundreds of other relaxation CDS. LOL. It's now in my top 5 rotation.

A perfect balance between elegance and gritty sonic textures. my friend is really into this stuff and I don't really listen to stuff like this since it's more of a novelty type cd serving a purpose but i give it 2 thumbs up! Not bad at all when I wanna relax.
