After composing in a beautiful loft in the heart of New York City for four blissful years the news came... the building was being sold. The first emotion of Producer/Composer Barry Goldstein was sadness. Allowing the sadness to move through, the emotion slowly transformed into gratitude. The thought of all the many wonderful projects that were created in this space,
the beautiful harmonies that had echoed through the walls and resonated with the beautiful cherry wood floors had truly been a gift!!. Recognizing this as a true gift, Barry knew exactly what to do…create a composition to honor the space. Surrounded by packed boxes, Barry decided that “Home” would be the last piece of music composed in this loft. Immersed in love and gratitude,“ Home” was composed!!! With the intention that “Home” create an energy of gratitude and honoring for the space it is played in, it gives the listener and the room a feeling of renewed freshness. The beautiful round tones of sustained prayer bowls and warm, low, frequencies create a feeling of warmth and safety.

After moving and settling in, Barry listened to “ Home” for the first time since it was composed nearly three months later.The new space Immediately was filled with the same love and gratitude it was composed with!!
