Studies have shown that babies – and children in general – are interested in eating and sleeping. Who knew?!

So, Anne Meeker Miller has collected a variety of songs to enjoy throughout a child\'s day. Hungry critters, fruits and veggies, and other tasty goodies are featured in songs like "The Muffin Man," "John the Rabbit," and "My Kitchen Door."

Pete Seeger inspired Anne when he shared an old folk song with her entitled, "Crawly, Creepy Little Mousie". She added some verses, a bluegrass arrangement, and ended up with a brand new, fun rendition based on Seeger’s melody.

The CD helps parents transition their babies to bed with songs like "We're Having A Bath" and "Rainbows, Railroads and Rhymes." "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep" is another “must-have” lullaby to add to your dreamtime collection.

Anne Meeker Miller believes children deserve to have rich musical lives from the start. A folk singer since shortly after birth, she has "seen and sung" it all – from pop and jazz to the classics. She is an author, composer, performer, teacher, mother, and the founder of a language and music enrichment program for hearing infants and toddlers called Baby Sing & Sign®. Anne lives in Olathe, Kansas, where she enjoys spending time with her three sons and two doggies.
