Remember, recently Arizona has had such bands as Jimmy Eat World, The Format, Reubens Accomplice, Gin Blossoms, others. Americopa Mantle is a community of musicians based in Arizona, which has come together to build and support local music. This compilation is the first volume of our effort to represent to the world what we already know...beauty blooms in the desert.

The organization of Americopa Mantle sets out to promote the local scene, not only through providing funding for its compilation series and local album releases, but by planning and executing concerts throughout the year. These concerts earn the money at is needed to release music for sponsored Artists. This compilation is the third project Americopa Mantle has been responsible for funding. We feel it does well to represent the talent and potential of a widely overlooked music scene.

Sunset Alliance Records has volunteered its imprint and distribution services to help aid our goal. We'd like to ask for your help in promoting this project and CD release party by reviewing the compilation and featuring it and our organization in our publication. We'd also like to thank Kimber Lanning and Stinkweeds, Jon Hutchenson and The Blaze 1260AM for their support, and of course the bands for their work in providing inspiring music.
