I was lucky enough to find this CD on the local shelf at KWVA 88.1 FM right before the CD release party and was pleasently pleased by the quality of musical craftminship. I played the first track on the air and have made sure to play each other one at least once. Sharp lyrics and lush full instrumentation roll out of each track. A hint of twang echos through the album. I am blow away that this quality of music is being produced in Eugene, Oregon. If you are a working class hero that enjoys pop music with message then you need Amish Love Child. RYL: Brandos, Fleetwood Mac, Abandon Ship, Nature Boy Saints, and Charlie Sexton.

Gotta love this cd! It gets better every time I listen to it. Especially songs like Paycheck to paycheck, Snidely whiplash and PBR Vacation are highly addictive both in music and lyrics. One of the best music cd's that I've heard for a long time, thumbs up!
