A guitar player for over 25 years and performing since 1989, Amitabhan has been deeply influenced by kirtan, satsang, song circles, and through exposure to various intentional communities, churches, and retreats over a period of many years. He has performed for large groups of people at Amma and Gangaji events, in addition to appearances at festivals, churches, and yoga retreats.

If you ever get the chance to see Ami perform in person - GO. His sensitivity and awareness come alive as he sings powerfully from his heart. I was very moved by his song, Home. Other people in the room seemed as entranced as I as we listened. I eagerly await more music from Amitabhan. This album is well worth your while.
