Some of Amy’s finest work yet. A beautiful collection of songs delivered with sonically rich vocals and instrumentation. The title track “Go” is song about longing to reconnect with her music, her band mates and get back out there and her musical life and enjoying the journey witconcern for an end result, just to do it. “Waste Of Time” is her personal triumph over misguided expectations and her liberation to fully accept and embrace her art. Being a mother adds a fresh perspective to her writing. In “Fear” Amy expresses the crippling effects of fear in our society, how the media feeds it and how it affects us as parents and a community. “Through Your Eyes” is a beautiful tribute to her son in that magical age of discovery and “Fear” describes how fear can cripple us as parents and a society.
