Music:
The international ensemble plays Indian Ambient Music. The musicians play musical instruments, both western and exotic, from various parts of the world.
The lead instrument is the South Indian Saraswati veena, an instrument with a long tradition but unknown in fusion or world music. The African djembe and fretless bass are the main instruments of the rhythm section. The flute and violin play melodies and harmonies. The resulting sound is a pleasure to listen to. The recordings on the CD, ‘Sailing on Sound’, are all original compositions.
Music for relaxation, meditation, yoga, Reiki,
spirituality, chilling out...
All with an Asian ambience - an exotic
atmosphere, tropical dreams, jungle nights,
daydreaming, belly dancing and snake
charming.
Music for closing your eyes and opening your mind.
Music for sailing through time and space and slowing down.
Music for diving into the divine and spiritual.
Music for surfing on sound waves and for flying to higher grounds.
Music for floating on dreams.
A musical journey from the Himalayan Mountains through
deserts, tropical rain forests and jungles to the
Indian Ocean and outer space.
A resurrection of forgotten rhythms.
You can see the magic of a pentagram.
So why not take five...o even more? Begin to breathe in a rhythm of
three
actions: breathe in, hold the breath and breathe out.
Rediscover the beauty and variety of nature’s rhythm.
