Album Notes

Andrea began putting her musical talents to work after graduating high school and began singing with various country and western bands in northeast New Mexico and traveling the tri-state area for 12 years.

In 1993 she gave her life to Jesus and has been using her voice to praise and worship Him.

Andrea is a member of the Country Gospel Music Association and made her first gospel duet recording with friend Evelyn Taylor Cruz in 1998 titled, "Sheltered In The Arms of God" then went on to record a solo album released in 2000 titled, "Not Forsaken".

On this album, Esquivel has written the first five songs. Johnny Mulhair, producer of LeAnn Rimes "Blue" album and also named one of the top 10 Guitarist in the country by Music Row Magazine in Nashville, plays everything from pedal steel guitar to the mandolin on Andrea's originals.

The song "I'm Changin'", one of Andrea's originals is currently being played internationally over internet radio which is quickly climbing the charts thanks to Country Gospel Connection Radio.

Andrea continues to expand her songwriting talents and released a new album in March 2008 titled "My Life" with all songs written by her.

Andrea's desire is to reach people through music and testimony of Jesus Christ of how he has transformed her life and how He can do the same for others.
