"Pictures" is a collection of piano pieces born to portray real subjects chosen by the author. The collection was originally intended divided in three parts composed of about 20 piano pieces representing every kind of subject like schoolmates, dear friends, important enemies and even the author's family. The idea for this project came out from the needing of the author to portray a girl he fell in love with. After a year, in February 2006 the first volume of "Pictures" comes to light. Since then, the works on the other volumes stopped. In January 2009 the author decides to finish the opera with only one more volume with 10 pieces whose length varies from 2 to 6 minutes. So, after about 4 years, "Pictures" is going to be released as a unique opera, full of happy scenes, delusions, hope, curious subjects, epic and shiny moments, virtuosism and even love.
