Album Notes

Mojo Records Limited are proud to announce this release under their independent record label:

"Unscathed" is the debut album for recording artists, Andy De Rosa & Electric Mojo. A new incarnation for Andy and an evolution from his first solo acoustic album "Watching The Hands Of Time" which he released in 2007 on Mojo Records.
"Unscathed" includes 3 revamped songs from Andy's first album, now in full electric form. These tracks are "Not Ready To Change", "Living On The Road" and "The Lude Trip". The remaining seven tracks have been carefully selected from Andy's back catalogue to complete this release.
With "Unscathed" Andy has tried to cover each musical genre that influences his writing, while keeping true to his roots as a musician and guitarist. Experimental tracks such as "On A Journey" (a funky type of feel-good song) and the title song "Unscathed" (a power ballad with exceptional texture and build-up) add incredible variety to this release.
More traditional southern rootsy tracks such as "Like A Storm", the long final jam on "Deeper Than Anything" with heavy fuzzed-out guitar and precise use of the whammy bar and vibrato, the bitter lyrics and early Black Crowes-sounding "What Goes Around", the rock 'n' roll groove on "That's Alright" and the chilled out semi acoustic "Good Times And Bad Times" clearly define the style of Andy De Rosa & Electric Mojo as a revolutionary one for the British market. Truly inspiring and different.

You will also find this album on sale on all major digital downloads stores, including iTunes, Rhapsody, Amazon MP3, Napster, eMusic, Nokia Music Store etc.

This long anticipated CD was well worth the wait! Each song is a story told with a great musical background 'Good times and bad times' as well as 'The lude trip' are excellent songs. 'What goes around' is fast becoming one of my favorite songs. This album is a must for all who like the blues and southern rock.

"Unscathed" has become a personal favorite of mine. On rotation with bands of the same vein like The Black Crowes, Truth and Salvage Co, T Rex, David Bowie and The Rolling Stones. This cd pioneers the overwhelming interest of British-American (Southern) Rock and makes one aware that Andy De Rosa is a brilliant musician. check out the website reference dates and more info on Andy De Rosa & ELECTRIC MOJO at www.mojorecordslimited.co.uk

Outstanding Southern Rock/Blues music
author: Diane and the RadioIndy.com Reviewer Team

Andy De Rosa & Electric Mojo release their outstanding debut album “Unscathed” steeped with distinctive treasures of Southern Rock/Blues. This group exhibits a strong and tight consistency within this style of music. Lead vocals are crisp and clean and offer up solid and tough attitude. The rock solid guitar riffs on “Living On the Road” complement the lead vocals as well as the great harmonies. An intense, razor sharp guitar riff hooks the listener on “Like A Storm” with its sweet and emotive precision. The title track, “Unscathed” is well balanced with sweet guitar licks, steady flowing drum beats, and memorable vocals. Bouncy beats and guitar hooks captures the southern bluesy vibe on the clever arrangement “Good Times and Bad Times.” The well rounded and energetic music of “Unscathed” is sure to please all listeners of Southern Rock/Blues music.
