Album Notes

Andrew Hall plays and sings with excitement, passion, precision and a dynamic that's quickly establishing him as one of the top players in acoustic music today. Based in Nashville, TN, he plays resophonic guitar (dobro), guitar and banjo and sings lead, tenor and baritone vocal harmony parts.

Current projects include new records for Dolly Parton, Charlie Daniels, Rebecca Lynn Howard and Ronnie Bowman.

On the live performance stage, catch Andy performing with The Ronnie Bowman Commitee, Dolly Parton, and Earl Scruggs.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA with a degree in Music Production and Engineering, Andys' credentials include a long list of live performances and recordings with various artists. He most recently has been featured on Moody Bluegrass where his Dobro work can be heard backing up the singing of Alison Krauss, Sam Bush, Tim O'Brien and others.

Instrumentally, look to Andy for driving instrumental breaks, tasteful instrumental backup, and sensitivity to the groove. Vocally, Andrew will provide a blend that will enhance the harmony structure of the artist and song with equal finesse.

Great playing. As a reso player I will say Andy Hall is the man. Such a wide range of taste displayed in the selections. Would like more vocals. As for CD Baby....you folks made me feel like royalty. What a great job you do.
