Album Notes

'Verfallen' is the culmination of 5 years of writing and recording. The band has added a third member in David McNally, who plays an arsenal of keyboards, most notably the mellotron, rhodes, moog and acoustic piano. This has brought a new dimension to Anechoic's sound and has facilitated different directions in the conception and composition of the pieces. The writing on this album varries greatly and explores the realms of electronic, chamber and progressive rock. The band also continues to delve into the deep, ambient spaces with a number of free improvisations.
