I'm a big supporter of the troops, awesome song !
I'm a big supporter of the troops and a former radio dee-jay. I wish to congratulate Angela, for such a heart felt song. My prayers goes out to her, and all the families of the troops. Being away from their families, is difficult. It's especially difficult, around the holidays. But, the American soldier never complains. The brave soldier just does their job. God bless, them all.

Every military mom in America and every Soldier, should hear this song!
As I stood at the "Gathering of Eagles" Rally in DC and listened to Angela sing "So Brave" on stage, I was moved to tears. At the rally, Angela was swamped by big burly veterans and as I looked around I could see they were struggling with their tears. Angela's song is a mother's heartfelt salute to her sons' bravery, from defending his friend from a bully as a kid, to now her Honorable Soldier defending his country from the same. Every mother in America who has someone serving in the military should hear this song. Not since "God Bless The USA" by Lee Greenwood, have I been so moved by a song. My son is on his fifth tour with the 82nd Airborne and I've bought 7 copies, 6 to send to the troops, and one for this Blue Star Mom. They are "So Brave" and our Soldiers need to hear this salute.

Thank you for putting into words my heart. As the mother of a 2 tour's in Iraq Marine, who was in the Battle of Fallujah...I am just so darn proud of my son...that you have summed up my feelings and put them to music is just so very awesome. And like you my prayer is that God will protect all of our military...they are so very BRAVE...

Great lyrics. The melody was memorable. Haunting quality.
Why aren't we hearing this on the radio? It's better than most.
