This Christmas CD has a variety of classical and jazz arrangements of christmas music specially written for a brass quartet. The group is lead by Los Angeles based studio trumpeter Chris Tedesco. The musicianship is impeccable, and the recording quality is state of the art. It was done the old way - "live" in the studio with no overdubs - four musicians playing at the same time from the beginning of the piece to the end......what a concept! This is great Christmas listening for classical and jazz fans alike!!
