Angels and Astronauts is back! After a hiatus of several years, we're back with the biggest and most ambitious Angels and Astronauts project to date.
Since the last Angels and Astronauts CD, "'Into the Wild," I got involved in recording a couple of pop projects as my alter-ego Alien Bliss. These are now available at the Alien Bliss website here at cdbaby.com. Additionally, in the interim I wrote two novels, "The Return of the King: an Elvis novel" and "Bright Light City: an Elvis novel," both of which can be found at the usual places online or at a bookstore near you!
I wrote and recorded the material here during the winter of this year. As I was working on the music for this project, something unexpected started to happen. What had started out as an instrumental CD began to evoke melodies and lyrics. I soon realized I was working on two CD projects simultaneously, one instrumental and one vocal. The instrumental CD was to become the new Angels and Astronauts CD, 'Dreaming the World.' And the vocal project is now available on the Alien Bliss web page at cdbaby.com as Alien Bliss: 'Peace In Our Time."
I am excited to present to you the new Angels and Astronauts CD, "'Dreaming the World," the culmination of a particularly inspired and productive time for me. It’s been a while in coming, but I hope you will agree that it was worth the wait!
