A Rare Blend of the Finest Elements of Jazz, Classical and Contemporary Folk Mus
Anna's poetry and music blend together exquisitely in a way that is mesmerizing. Her voice is so clear and expressive that it is almost healing in a way! Anna's latest CD, along with her previously recorded music is fresh and sophisticated. Anna is a truly unique artist who combines the finest elements of jazz, classical, and contemporary folk music. Anna's piano accompaniments and instrumental arrangements, combined with her expressive story-telling turn each song into a beautiful work of art. I highly recommend Anna Dagmar's recordings, but you should also try to see her perform in person! You will be totally inspired!

Let the Waves Come in Threes
This was a delightful CD to listen to. It was the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing afternoon!

Robert

incredible musicianship and artistry
From the dramatic opening of the title track to the melancholy and reflective "Can we Be Old Friends" this CD does not disappoint. Anna Dagmar is a consumate pianist and her compositions are varied and engaging. I'm happy to see that she's touring and will look forward to seeing her perform live when she gets to my neck of the woods.

A Delightful Ride that Gets Better and Better
Dagmar has hit just the right note with this latest offering…serving up generous helpings of jazz, string arrangements, and the rich vocal stylings she is becoming famous for. I find a new favorite tune with each listen...yesterday it was the storyline of Can We Be Old Friends?...today it's Anna’s haunting voice on Brick by Brick. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s song!

From Marc Shulman's atmospheric guitair to Ben Whittman's steady rhythms to Anna's rich lyrics and bright keyboard...Let the Waves Comes in Threes is a welcome treat whether you are on land or sea. Enjoy!

An Excellent Album!
I have listened to Let The Waves Come In Threes multiple times. It is filled with great songs which are arranged very well. While Anna is an incredible pianist, she comes into her own with her singing and songwriting. The title track and Smile For Free and She's Got It in Her Soul are just great. But Amazed is as good a song as anyone can write or perform. A beautiful love song. This is an excellent album! I highly recommend it.

Open-hearted and Brilliant
With a mix of the Classical, Pop and Jazz, "Let The Waves Come In Threes" bears the unmistakable stamp of an artist truly come into her own. With beautiful arrangements of piano, horns, strings, guitars and drums, Anna has created works seemingly as complex as Bohemian Rhapsody, while her beautiful voice creates a warm and moving intimacy with the listener. Bravo!

Classicly beautiful
No matter what genre of music you listen to, you're sure to love 'Let the waves come in three'. While the album itself is amazing with beautiful songs like 'Shadow of a doubt' and 'Smile for free', the tittle track 'Let the waves come in three' is one of the best songs I've ever heard and should be a part of everyone's music library.
