Annalisa

I read somewhere that this cd makes you "fall in love with music all over again". I had the pleasure of seeing her perform live the very first time I heard her sing. And, SHE made me fall in love all over again. Unfortunately, I haven't seen her since but I let her sing to me over and over again. Great first solo record. I can't wait for the next one and a chance to see her again.

Annalisa Tornfelt is a confident and versatile vocalist with a lot of heart.
author: George Cox
Annalisa Tornfelt is a featured singer with The Bearfoot Blue Grass Band. She also writes many of the songs performed by this personable and hugely talented group from Alaska. I heard Annalisa and her friends in Savannah, and she kept us spellbound with her music's earthy stories and creative instrumental renderings. On this solo album, Annalisa shows us that one doesn't have to be old of age to have heart and the gutts to open up. Witness the lover's confidences in the Either Way and Lay Me Down cuts or the loyal friend's advice in Walk Away cut. Here is a performer who you'd care to know as well as hear.

A beautiful album from a very talented artist.
author: Stan Spencer
Never before having heard of this artist, I plucked this CD from the used CD bin at Armadillo Music in Davis, CA. Over the years, I have spent countless hours scouring the used bins seeking great music from artists I have not previously heard.
This CD makes the searching worthwhile.
Annalisa has a beautiful voice, writes lyrics with meaning and purpose, and brings the songs to life with her tastefully varied palette of musical styles. If the music industry recognized and rewarded real talent, she would already be a household name.
Reward yourself with this CD.
