Anna Stange's newest CD, WHEN WILL WE EVER LEARN? SONGS FOR PEACE & JUSTICE, is an honest version of a live performance. Half the tracks were recorded live in Chicago, Ill & Bowler, Wisc with live audiences.
Due to unforseen technical difficulties, half the tracks had to be recorded "in the studio". But then, "in the studio" is a rather expanded and loose explanation. The studio is located deep in the woods of north-central Wisconsin with squirrels and birds chirping and a tea kettle steaming on the woodstove. Listen very carefully, and you may hear some of those sounds.
Anna's songs, the traditional, the composed, and the originals, speak to the issues she cares about deeply: Peace & Justice. The songs on this CD relate to both social & environmental justice. WHEN WILL WE EVER LEARN? SONGS FOR PEACE & JUSTICE is a portable hootenanny for peace & justice. Sing along and sing with others. These songs are made for folks all over this great world to sing together. Sing often, sing loudly, and sing with joyous exuberance! Share the message of peace & justice in a way sure to get others to join in!

When Will We Ever Learn? Songs For Peace and Justice

Thank you for this CD Anna, it's great! I find myself singing along with you on most of the songs, crying on some, and thinking, on every one. I have listened to it many times and each time I feel that I have experienced some very heart felt situations and I am inspired to go out and "make a difference".

The songs are sweet, lovely, and loving. I'd like to see you singing here, Anna. The bars and waves are nice and interesting; seeing you singing would be more interesting.
You are good at what you do!
