Ann Hoffman is no ordinary folk singer. She beautifully describes and invites us to join her in a journey of Self-discovery. This discovery is available to everyone, in every moment. Gangaji is the one who was able to show her this deeper truth of beingness, and has inspired most of these songs. Ann has been invited onstage during retreats to sing for Gangaji and the 200 or so folks attending "sat Sang" on several occasions since their meeting in 1999. Upon hearing "Stronger Than Faith", Gangaji remarked:"That's a TRUE SONG", hence the title for the CD.

moments of brilliance

ann hoffman sings about truth. similar to kirtana i love the lyrics and gentle lullaby like tunes with thought provoking messages. a beautiful folk like offering for gentle listening - not really background for me as i like to sink into the message too much - lovely.
