The subtle influences of the artists that inspired his music career -- from Styx to Streisand, Mathis to Mercury, Joel to McCartney, can now be heard throughout John's first full length solo album. From his basement in upstate New York, John's early forays into music consisted of turning up the stereo and mimicking the singers that resonated from the speakers. Singing in the dorm halls at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, John's friends were treated to his soulful sounds and encouraged him to try out for the local cover band. John Anthony's What A Man Can Can do is an soulful & omantic music cd that will delight fans of al walks of life. His romantic and tender baritone voice is such an enjoyable listening experience. I adore his romantic and talented baritone singing voice. He reminds of an youthful George Michael. Way to go John, Your awesome!

A different voice

The voice seems George Michael's voice : it is so amazing. "what a man can do" is a nice ballad. The third songs is a "clin d'oeil" to George Michael's jazzy songs. I think the songs are so different, and it will be preferable for John Anthony to choose a style and not a wide range of different styles for his next opus.
