Angels of the Apocalypse is a collaboration between vocalist Mike Spafford and Kyle Vraa, both based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul (USA) area. Both have broad tastes in many metal styles. What you will find on The Impending Nightmare is a foundation of thrash/speed metal with elements of traditional heavy metal, power metal and even a hint of old school death metal.
