Album Notes

The physical product comes as a 2 disk set including both the album and the DVD of Destiny Manifest.

\"The debut recording from Alan O.W. Barnes, Revisionist History, is made up of 2 major musical works:

1) A Millennia in Alexandria - A programmatic work that tells 4 stories of Alexandria.

- Its founding by Alexander is represented by the first movement, …the Great

- Euclid’s story of compiling all Greek knowledge of Geometry, The 13 Books of the Elements

- The Story of Julius Caeser and Cleopatra, Cleo and Jules

- The sacking of the city by the Muslims, The Library is Closed

2) The score for the short film \'Destiny Manifest\'

Revisionist History actually began as a school project, and represents the work I did to complete my MM in composition at Belmont University.

Despite its academic beginnings, it is a fun project that demonstrates much of what I hope to accomplish in the future.\"
