Album Notes

Originating from the swamps of the Central Arkansas hinterlands, A Problem of Alarming Dimensions combine experimental textures with variegated instrumentation to form a surprisingly accessible blend of [mostly] instrumental rock mayhem. h-hov-hover, the band's self-released debut, was recorded using a hybrid of analog and digital technology at Zero Return Studios in Atlanta and in their garage in Conway, Arkansas. This unknown act may surprise you. Listen as h-hov-hover thunders with bludgeoning guitar rock and whispers with analog synth washes - all in one coherent 37-minute sweep.

"This is a fine album... if you are a music fan, you'll like it... simple as that."

-Jake Hasselman, Review on IndieWorkshop.com

This CD is a surprise, not because it's good, but because it's great. What happened in Arkasas that these dudes found out about and nobody else heard of? 21st century art rock/jazz/classical fusion with minimalist voclas, effective instrumentals, absorbing composition. Inspired and inspiring.
