Album Notes

From Sweden, the country that gave the world ABBA, Absolut Vodka and that guy who killed Steve Buscemi in "Fargo", comes this four-piece garage/punk band.

The self-titled blistering debut features sixteen tracks chock-full of attitude, with topics ranging from fighter pilots to monkeys.

It has been well received in Sweden and abroad and the song "You wanna" landed in the top five on PunkRadioCast's Top 40 Countdown in February 2009.

Quotes and reviews:

"This is what the Stooges would have sounded like if they'd started in 1977 and were Swedish.
One of the best unknown bands I've had the pleasure to become acquainted with this year." - I-94 BAR

8 out of 10 - SONIC MAGAZINE

"If all kids grew up in Sweden and played music like this, the world of rock would be much more interesting!" - LOWCUT

"Apa State Mental rocken! Krachig, garagig, dreckig, stampfend, aufs Minimum reduziert und trotzdem einfach richtig fett ins Gesicht, den Hintern, die Beine und den Nacken." - OX FANZINE

"Great stuff!" - PUNK MAGAZINE
