Apogee is a trio from Los Angeles which successfully combines rock, pop and funk influences. From the massive tone of guitarist Brent Canter to the popping bass sound of Jeremy Solace and the powerful drumming of Michael Johnson, Apogee creates a unique sound not found elsewhere. Formed in 2002, Apogee quickly became a feature on the Los Angeles music scene after recording this demo which was mastered by Robert Vosgien at Capitol Records (No Doubt, Bush, Phil Collins). Having broken up in 2004, this EP is once again available by popular demand. If you like the sounds of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Primus and Rush, you'll love Apogee.
