All right so I might be a bit biased on this one, seeing as how I grew up with these guys but still... it's a damn good album. I will admit they are dabbling in a genre that I don't relate to that much ( namely emo and I know they will probably be pissed at me for calling their stuff emo)but this is still a solid album. It's a smart blend of pop asthetics and jazzy type experimentation. Hard driving where it needs to be but far from redundent. It's one hell of a start from a bunch of guys who have a lot of potential. My only regret is the fact that I am stranded in Hawaii and I wont be able to hear them live any time soon.

This album is eclectic beauty at it's best. The purity of emotion put forth by these strapping lads is such that anyone can relate to it's melodical message. Universal, explosive, and yet subtle, and imaginative are things that come to mind when listening. One of the most under estimated groups of the genre. Buy the cd and be content.
