April's Dad was formed in 1998, when songwriter Jeff Farley of Bad Master Cylinder joined forces with guitarist/songwriter Brian Patterson and Zorb the drummer.

In the spirit of collaboration and musical exploration, they have refined their sound by playing shows and crafting their songs together in various recording studios.

Brian's intricate cerebral guitar style complements Jeff's forward thinking arrangements, while the bottom end is held down by Zorb's gooving drum style and post production savvy. This project is a true example of a creative partnership that is greater the the sum of its parts.

The complex arrangements of "Love or Morbid Curiosity" present an innovative yet soulful original sound.
