Album Notes

Reviews:

"Arc have emerged as the Capital Region's most promising rock band, and with the release of their new album "Raised on Social Posture" (Stag Records), that promise comes true. A dozen songs strong, the album veers from one end of the musical spectrum to the other without a single false step" -Albany Times Union

"Arc is one of those bands everyone should know about but doesn't" - The Press Republican Plattsburgh NY

Sounding Board: Volume One Compilation CD
"The standout tracks come from bands who have proven themselves in concert again and again: Arc, who continually bring arena-sized drama to even the smallest stages, brew an Americana-meets-U2 storm on "When the Night Is Young" - By Peter Hanson (Metroland 7/15/01)

"the whole album has a fuzzy, familiar feel that's sure to hit all the right spots for nostalgic '70s rock fans."
Mandy Shekleton - Splendid Ezine(www.splendidezine.com)

Best Local Albums - #1. Arc "Raised on Social Posture
"Golly, how can you argue with this one, as Arc demonstrate utter mastery of many different genres of music, all on one concise and excellently packaged disc. Years of intense live work pay off like gangbusters with this sophomore disc that's doesn't even allow the word "slump" to be spoken in the same ZIP code while it's playing." - Metroland 2001 "Year in Review" Edition
