An excellent start!

Can't wait to hear more from Alex to see how he develops his style. Proem is the best track on here as the melody is just so strong. There are some really nice moments on here but in places it feels a bit insubstantial. He clearly has great composition skills and an ear for melody and drive but I personally think his ideas could be condensed down into some simpler, stronger tracks with more depth and focus, particularly if they are club trance productions. Shame there wasn't a couple of ambient pieces in here to add some contrast. I could totally see him pulling off some Thomas Newman style soundtrack moments with ease. Keep at it Alex, as this albums been around a while now I guess you are due to drop your next masterpiece on us pretty soon!

A fabulous trance mix, very cleverly put together, I first heard Proem, on our local radio station, not the mix on the CD but, in my opinion a better longer mix. I deserves 10 out of 10,because I cannot fault it at all. It has constantly been playing, either at home or in the car.Excellent, looking forward to more from Alex.
